Thimbleberries Book Club - Series 3

Come for 1 class or join for the quarter (April, May, June).  The book club will be alternating between the books Thimbleberries “Pint Sized Traditions” and “Simple Seasons.”  Both have stunning seasonal projects for your home or for unique gifts.   In April the book club will be making the teapot wall hanging from the “Pint Sized” book and having a tea party as well.  In May and June they will be making Summertime Scatter Garden.   Class fee is $25 per class or $45 per quarter.

We'll be using the Atkinson Book "Lessons From Mama" as we make a block each month and end up with this great quilt.  You'll learn several different techniques as we work our way through the book.  Don't like Civil Ware fabrics?  (I can't imagine that but for those who don't you have an option of using 30's repro too).    Kit fee will include 4 different civil war (or 30's) FQ's each month.  Book required.   (An evening class will be added if there is enough interest.)

"Bunny Kisses" Class

Jerrie has an adorable new quilt design called "Bunny Kisses".  Several people have asked her to teach it as class, so we have scheduled a class for March 20.  "Bunny Kisses" may be used as a wall hanging or as a small quilt for a special little one in your life.  "Bunny Kisses" combines machine appliqué with a ribbon border using 'Thangles'.  The border looks complicated but is so easy once you know how.   Special cornerstone blocks in the outer borders complete the design.  You'll be very pleased with the results!
