Class Policies at Deb's Cats N Quilts
>^..^<

Our winter weather policy at Deb's Cats N Quilts-

If Macon County Schools are closed because of winter weather- so are we.  We want everyone to be able to get to class safely!

  1. Class registration will be accepted (a) in person, (b) by mail, or (c) by telephone. We accept cash, check, visa or master card.

  2. The class fee is due at registration.  Your space is not assured in class unless class fee has been paid.

  3. Cancellation by a student requires seven or more days advance notice for student to receive a full refund.  Cancellation of a class by Deb's Cats N Quilts will result in class being rescheduled/or refund to students.

  4. The minimum number of students per class will be decided by the teacher on a class by class basis.  If that number is not reached, the class will be rescheduled, or, cancelled and refunded.

  5. Please do not bring children, pets, or guests to class.

  6. Cell phone etiquette is appreciated.  Please turn off cell phones during a class.  If there is an emergency situation, and you have to keep it on, please turn your cell phone to vibrate, then if you receive a call, please step outside of the shop to take the call.

  7. All classes that require the use of a sewing machine require that students be familiar and comfortable with her own sewing machine and that you have some basic sewing experience.

  8.  "Sit-N-Sew".  Students are welcome to enjoy our classroom space to work on, and/or finish, any project started in a class at Deb's Cats N Quilts.  The classroom is available the first Monday of each month from 10:00am-12:00noon for "Sit-N-Sew".  THIS IS NOT A CLASS.  It is just a time that we have set aside for you to be with other quilters and work on your projects.  Please sign up to reserve a spot.

  9. Please be considerate of other students and refrain from wearing strong perfume to class.
