CAMP FEE:
 

Full Time Campers- $395

*Includes 4 nights lodging (2 people per room), 

*10 meals (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Mon-Wed, and Breakfast on Thursday)

*7 Classes plus additional “free sew” time

Day Campers- $275

No lodging- Arrive (Mon- Wed.) each day after breakfast.

Deposit

Deposit of $200 due by May 1, 2008 to hold your spot.  Please note that registration will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and we expect it to fill very quickly.  Space is limited to 40 full time campers.  Once we fill the 40 spots you will be put on a waiting list and notified if there is a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by June 1, 2008 will receive a full refund.  

No Refunds will be given on cancellations made on/ or after June 2, 2008, unless we have someone to fill your spot.

SUPPLY LIST

A separate supply list and supply order form will be mailed to registered campers by June 1.  Pictures of all projects will be available on our web site by June 1, so that you can see pictures of the actual projects and decide which classes to take.

**Please note**

We have designed this camp for YOU !!  You can sign up to take all of the classes or pick and choose.  You may also come to camp just to have time away from home with fellow quilters and may choose to work on your UFOS instead of taking classes.   The choice is entirely up to you!

Dietary Needs

Please note any special dietary needs and/or food allergies on your registration form. 

Of Special Interest-

 The Smoky Mountain Quilters- 2008 Quilt Show will be held Thurs. – Sat., Aug. 7-9, 2008 in Franklin, NC. (Camp starts the next day- Sun. Aug. 10-14)   We are providing this information in case you may want to plan ahead and arrive a day early for camp, in order to attend the show.   If you plan to do so, please let me know.  For an additional fee- Rose Creek will let you check into your room on Saturday night after the quilt show and you will be all set for camp to begin on Sunday!

Things to Bring to Camp:

(Label all your items w/ your name)

-Your sewing machine (don’t forget your power cord and foot control)

-Rotary cutter with new blade

-Extra blades

-Thread

-Extra wound bobbins

-Straight pins, seam ripper

-Ruler (and/or) shape cut

-Mini iron and pressing mat (if you have them)

-Small cutting mat

-Ott light if you have one

-Class supplies & fabrics (separate supply list will be sent to registered camper by June 1)

*This year you will also have the option of  pre-ordering some of your class supplies and we will have them waiting for you at camp.

-You might also want to bring a folding TV tray to keep beside you at your table to hold items as you sew
